Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 2 July 2026 | Last Updated: 2 July 2026
At TaskForce, privacy is not simply a legal requirement. It is the foundation upon which every interaction, relationship, and outcome is built.
People come to TaskForce during important moments in their lives, businesses, and personal journeys. We protect that trust as one of our highest responsibilities.
1. About TaskForce
TaskForce is a human assistance ecosystem operating through three primary participants: Taskers, Providers, and Partners.
Taskers
Taskers are individuals or teams who help Providers move toward their desired outcomes by applying their skills, knowledge, expertise, effort, or resources. Their purpose is not merely completing work, but helping solve real-world situations.
Providers
Providers are individuals, businesses, organizations, or institutions that bring their situations to TaskForce seeking guidance, assistance, execution, support, or transformation. Providers define both the outcome they wish to achieve and the experience they expect throughout the journey.
Partners
Partners contribute products, materials, logistics, professional services, infrastructure, technology, funding, or other forms of support that assist during the progress toward a Provider's desired outcome. Partners enable successful execution but do not replace the relationship between Taskers and Providers.
2. Privacy Is Our Core Principle
Privacy is a mandatory principle throughout the TaskForce ecosystem. Every participant, including Providers, Taskers, Partners, Employees, Contractors, Consultants, Representatives, and Platform Administrators is expected to protect confidential information obtained through TaskForce. Trust is one of the platform's most valuable assets. Any action that intentionally damages this trust undermines the integrity of the entire ecosystem.
3. Confidentiality Expectations

6. Information Sharing
TaskForce does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary, such as: between a Provider and an assigned Tasker; with a Partner involved in delivering the requested outcome; with payment processors; with technology service providers supporting the platform; when required by applicable law or lawful government request; or with the user's consent. Whenever possible, only the minimum necessary information will be shared.
7. Trust and Confidentiality Obligations
Every participant agrees to: respect confidential information; protect another person's privacy; avoid unauthorized disclosure; avoid copying confidential material for unrelated purposes; avoid recording or distributing conversations without permission; and avoid using confidential information for personal benefit. A breach of confidentiality may result in suspension, termination of access, legal action, or other appropriate remedies, depending on the circumstances.
8. Data Security
TaskForce uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually work to improve our safeguards.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for: providing services; resolving disputes; maintaining records; complying with legal obligations; and improving platform operations. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to: access their information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion where appropriate; request a copy of their information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and object to certain processing activities. Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
TaskForce is not intended for individuals who are not legally permitted to use the platform under applicable law without appropriate authorization.
12. International Processing
Where services involve participants in different jurisdictions, information may be processed in accordance with applicable laws while maintaining the privacy principles described in this Policy.

14. Corporate Structure
Effective 2 July 2026, TaskForce became an officially recognized project under Aararu Holdings Private Limited. This organizational transition does not change the privacy commitments made by TaskForce. TaskForce continues to operate its services independently while receiving organizational, strategic, and governance support from its parent organization. All historical privacy commitments, platform records, and operational continuity remain preserved.
