TaskForce operates independently in its day-to-day services, products, operations, user experience, and platform functionality.
Effective 2 July 2026, TaskForce became an officially recognized project under Aararu Holdings Private Limited. As part of this organizational transition, all historical platform data, operational history, intellectual property, platform capabilities, service portfolio, user relationships, and existing platform functions continue uninterrupted as part of TaskForce's ongoing operations.
The integration into Aararu Holdings Private Limited represents an organizational and ownership transition only. Existing services, workflows, platform functionality, and user experience continue without requiring any additional action from users, service providers, or partners.
Aararu Holdings Private Limited serves as the parent organization supporting the long-term development, governance, and strategic growth of TaskForce.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TaskForce, you confirm that you:
- are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- will use the platform in accordance with applicable laws;
- agree to these Terms and any related policies.

TaskForce continuously evolves, and services may be expanded, modified, or discontinued.

8. Platform Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, TaskForce does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskForce and Aararu Holdings Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
